Choose who to ring in group chat

I would love the ability to only ring certain people in a group chat. Sometimes I only want to ring a few people but want others in the group chat to be able to join the call whenever they want. 

 

Right now I can either:
1) Call everyone in the group chat even if I know I only want to ring a few of them, annoying some others who said they were busy.

2) Make a throwaway group chat, where others can't join later.

 

Would love a solution to this!

  Why don't you just create a voice server with all the people you do AND don't want to ring, and then just message the ones you want to join to come to the voice server?
