Please remove the 10.00 MB file size for Discord banners

Before, I was able to set one of my faovirte gifs as a discord banner. Now I can't anymore because of the stupid 10.00 MB file size. It's not even 10.00 MB to begin with? I even tried using a site to lower the MB size and it still won't work. Please remove the file size limit :)
