pfp problem

im unable to change my pfp. All it says is "Unable to open file: Bad activity result code: 96, for request code: 800" before this its been cropping which I don't really mind but this is just ridiculous lmao

 

(EDIT: I updated my app and it works now, not sure about other people though)
