Server Profile Picture Change

So, I have heard before of players and friends having the ability to not just change there Nickname in each server but to also change there Profile Picture in each server as well which I seen it's called Identity Change. I unfortunately don't have that ability and haven't got it yet and been waiting for months and weeks.
Why haven't I got it yet, When will I get it...I to want that ability too?

    MindKiller-911 Beta features are in beta for a reason. They're testing them out with a certain amount of users and possibly could be extended to more before full release. I'm going to assume there is no ETA. It's unfortunate to have to wait, but once the feature is widely available, it be very useful!
