Ping-reply notification setting

Instead of turning on or off ping-replies on the Sender-side. Why not make it so that there's a new option in the Notification options along side Mentions and Role notifications specifically for Replies. This way each receiver can have their own preferences.

  Yes please! Some people don't mind getting pinged, some people do. It shouldn't be the sender's responsibility to know everyone's preferences.

  It only makes sense to select what happens on a ping at my own personal level!
