how do you report a member of the discord support team?

Sir Dante keeps closing tickets without replies and marking them as solved. he asked for me to make a certain ticket then ignored it so I made another and it got assigned to him and closed again immediately. how the hell does he have a place on their support team

  I suggest you go here or email their support team. If none of these work, I suggest you go to reddit/twitter and make a post/tweet about it, mentioning discord. That would bring extra attention :)
