Are there any actual humans in discord support?
Recently had my account banned due to me being in a server that apparently broke ToS, though I don't even know what server I was in that did. Filed a support ticket only to get an automated bot answer after 14 hours. After looking into it on here I've noticed nobody has gotten any actual help with these kinds of things.
Are all support messages automatic? Are there any staff members at all on there?
I haven't actually broken ToS myself based off my own knowledge after many years of usage

Yes, there are. The first message you receive is always automated. Just wait for the next response and it will be a human, or put it another ticket if it still hasn't been looked at.

Aight, thanks, based off what I've seen it doesn't seem to be likely but reading that helps.
Thanks for the response

No problem, hopefully your issue gets resolved.

Been submitting replies and tickets but basically the same reply everytime. You sure?

It depends what you are reporting, if its something serious that requires more information then the discord member reviewing it will ask you questions. But when they respond to your ticket they use a copy pasted message. For example:
If they need more information they will send you another email. 0 -
I've been asking for information though as to what I actually did to get banned but the response I got was
"Hello,
Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account.
You should've received an email with more information regarding this violation. If you have any questions as to what behavior resulted in your account being disabled, please refer to that email.
Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety"
Which doesn't really explain what I did exactly to break ToS. The email they're referring to says
"Your account directly posted non-consensual intimate imagery (also known as revenge p*rn), or was involved in servers dedicated to such content."
It doesn't specify whether it was me or the server, though being in a server that breaks ToS isn't actually against the community guidelines, I'd only be breaking them if I directly posted them or promoted them (Though idk what server they're be referring to) and I'm pretty sure I didn't do the former, but they don't seem to actually want to tell me what I did. I've gotten basically the same response no matter what I ask.
I've also tried pointing out that being in a server that breaks community guidelines doesn't seem to be against ToS but they haven't replied about that in any way.
Also, though I've checked and know it's not against ToS it would honestly be dumb if it did as you can't predict what others will do (this last sentence is kinda irrelevant though)0 -
Well, 72 hours have passed with no response. I'm guessing it's as other people said that they really won't respond. I suppose I can't do much about it except submit another ticket and hope it goes better. Would appreciate if there was an actual support team.
Have basically no expectations at this point though
