Never got a reply about my tickert

I opened a ticket to request a server ownership change.
I provided all the information requested by discord, and I got a reply saying my ticket was sent to the team responsible for this type of request and I could reply if I had any questions.
Since then, I never got any update about the ticket, and I have already replied 3 times to this e-mail asking what's going on. No response at all.

Well done Discord, that's really great support...
