Anti Rogue Mod/Admin measures

So here's my suggestion.

Some servers have admins and mods who have been a good boy for most of their duration as staff, however some servers may still experience, said mods or admins to go rogue. Ie. They were not compromised/hacked, but rather the actual user has decided to abuse permissions in the regard of mass kicking or banning people, which can ruin a fairly established discord server, especially if their is no one of higher permission level(owner) to relieve the rogue staff member of his permissions. My suggestion is to have a system where discord prevents staff from banning say 50+ members who have been in the server for longer than a week(this would not affect raid prevention in anyway) from banning or kicking more than the specific amount without permission of the server owner. Aka if a staff starts banning established members who've been in the server for a week or more and crosses 50, they're prevented from further banning/kicking and the server owner must approve or prevent the madness.
