Scrolling server bar slowdown after update

I recently update discord to Stable 98534 (4e1aa2c) Host 1.0.9003 Windows 10 64-Bit (10.0.18363) and ever since every time I hover over a server its name noticiable pops up slower and it lags when I scroll up or down. The scroll lag does not happen when I hover over the edge of the server bar or between server icons.

  I had started up discord a few days ago 14 total updates on the update manager began installing, and then this slowdown to the server list was happening. Also the server folders do not show correctly if you click them a bunch

  I noticed this as well, along with a slight instability when in voicechats on servers. If the application is not in focus, it actually at times has to reset the client or reboot entirely.

  Kind of found a fix. Enabled hardware acceleration and it restarted discord. It was running smoothly. was a little miffed about needing the acceleration so I tried turning it off, and after another restart, it runs somewhat better than originally. It still hiccups on larger folders.
