(Feature Idea) Add Seen Message Icon

Now I know this is a confidential thing to talk about and a lot of people wouldn't really like this idea because of (privacy reasons), but this just came into mind all of a sudden when I was using Facebook Messenger for quite a while. Mabey if Discord can add this feature to DM/PM only "because I don't really see a point in having it on a server". Another thing I would also suggest if Discord ever plans to do this is to make a setting for it under "privacy" if they don't feel comfortable having that type of an option too let people know because again "confidential", but it would also bring the feature to a better spot (hopefully all of this makes scenes).
