Severing other peoples connection on the voice channel (no permissions)

One can disconnect someone from a voice channel, and there is no permission to prevent that. Permissions tab inside of the "roles" section doesnt have such thing written. 

This can be overridden by going in to the channel settings then re-redoing channel specific permissions from there (by entering advanced permissions then changing the last 3 roles to red cross) how ever it still doesn't have any listed permissions to "disconnect others"
