penalty roles

hello, I have a question about the roles.
I would like to create a role that will be a kind of punishment, but unfortunately I know that there is an accumulation of roles and it seems impossible to set priorities.
I would like to add a role that will coexist but will prohibit access to certain channels, unfortunately the user normally has access to them anyway.

Can it be solved somehow?

  It is when you private all channels to the role so that they will not be able to see or read the chat history, it is quite hefty though.
