Discord did nothing to user that broke their rules several times.

Hello, I have an problem with an Discord user. He did:
- Spread my personal information (name, last name and face picture as meme - I guess it's bypass lol) on his server (he's owner, "crown");
- Harrasment and spam raid to my Discord server (two times, little bit of his users and him joined to my server and harrased users and me, joined literally in the same time);
- When he's joining he's laughing about one of my administrator disability;
- saying to other users to "kys" or other self-harm "promoting";

What is discord response? Just block this user and it's ok...
What can I really do?
