Student Hub verification oversight.

When trying to verify you're in a school by submitting your school E-mail and getting a verification message, there is a oversight in the process. Some school districts block E-mail addresses that are not on a allowed list or under the district E-mail domain. This makes it impossible for someone with these restrictions on their school E-mail accounts to become verified for student hubs. Is this a known issue? And if so, is there a planned fix on the way?

  I'm having the same problem. If discord staff is reading this then I suggest adding Photo ID verification.

  I just emailed support about this! Yes definitely remove this feature, instead I suggest not having it at all

  Little bit of an update after conversing with Discord-

  The support agent said there is no way to fix the issue, they chose not to mention alternative ways of verification. At this time the only way seems to be to get your school to unblock E-mails from Discord.
