Rename 'Spoilers' to 'Conceal' and Introduce BB code spoilers

The system called spoilers doesn't make much sense. You can place censor-like bars above your text to conceal the information, or as the current name suggests: spoilers. I believe this should be renamed to 'Conceal', as that more accurately describes what it's doing. 

On most forum sites across the web have a different form of spoilers using BB code. This system allows you to press a button and either conceal or reveal information. With the new buttons recently introduced in Discord, this idea is now possible! 

In chat when you want to use a new spoiler, there would be a new format options to conceal the text. Once you're all done and press enter; a button will be displayed in the chat with the name "Spoiler". Upon another using clicking the button, it would show them the information client-side only, similar to how the current system works.

I believe this is much better system and more easily recognizable for users voyaging from other platforms, such as web forums. And could allow for lots of creative messages, such as being able to condense information in channels, amongst other purposes.

One of the things users somewhat dislike is having to scroll, or at least that's my understanding. Imagine members of server more willing to read the rules if they don't have to scroll all the way to the top-- rather just simply clicking a button in chat show the information they require! Thus, could even encourage more participation if channels are kept condensed and manageable. Some servers even go out of their way to keep things short to be more welcoming.

Another example is an info channel. You could place multiple different spoilers for a variety of sections. If a user inquires about let's say, leveling, then they would only need to reveal the information of that section. 

This is why a feature like this one should exist.
