@everyone shouldn't work if server is muted.

Basically if you've ever had multiple Discords you are apart of, there shouldn't be a mute server feature if it actually doesn't do it. If I went an muted an entire server due to overactive posting, I shouldn't be getting spammed by the @everyone since I've opted to remove myself from such notifications.

I cannot be the only one thinking this... How was this not already a feature?

  It already is a feature, but you have to go the extra step to disable it.
  
  So far it does not work fully for role pings, or it is a bug on my end.
