Account Disabled But That's Not The Problem?

Context: Not asking for help or assistance I'm just going to explain what I've been going through for the past 3 months

Story: First off my account was disabled due to getting token grabbed and then having someone spam message everyone on my friend's list. After getting suspended not really sure what I did but I did not contact discord support right away for some reason. Later on in the week though I did end up contacting support though. I made an email talking about my suspension and wait for a response just like anyone does. But the response wasn't really what I suspected. The response I got said that "I must contact discord through the email linked to the account" and well I was...

So I checked my email and I had the email you get right when your account is suspended? Now my account is still suspended so obviously no one could change the email. So I did a little bit of testing. I made a new account with the email that was supposedly linked to the account and surprisingly it perfectly let me make a new account. (The account was later deleted). Now after that I tried other sign-in methods such as using your phone number. But when I tried it said I was banned until next year of June. Well, now that was unfortunate...

Contacting Discord Support Again: So after contacting discord support several times I was finally able to get my point across by saying my email was changed. They asked for information which I gave. They said, "The ticket would be escalated to a team member". Which I thought meant I should wait for a little for a reply after thanking him for actually getting me help. Well.... 1 week, 2 weeks, even 3 weeks went by with no response.

About A Month After: I made new tickets and got no response. I even contacted discord on Twitter which he asked for my ticket number which he replied with "The ticket is still open". So why has it been 2 months with no response?

My Solution: There is none I'm just gonna wait a year to get my account back... :( Also you guys have anything that I should please let me know.
