Feature Request : Collaborative messages

Why not have collaborative messages?

The idea is that an admin can post a message and enable it to be a collaborative message between specific roles. The message can only be deleted by admins and all changes are tracked and visible against certain roles.

Feel free to add more use cases.

Key use cases:

Welcome channel information (in case an admin retires or a new admin is in place)
As a notice board for updates from different sub-communities within a discord
Updating information without having to use a bot to post it or one person
Customizing the appearance of the collaborative message for entities that are B2C.
