[SUGGESTION] set toggle the text box's scroll wheel

I had no idea what to even call it that but yes I think it'd be a good idea to have the thing where when you put a new line in a chat message's "scroll wheel" be just an optional feature. I personally liked the old way of having the chat box just expand the longer the message.
