Picture and Video Selection

So I am a Samsung Galaxy S10e user and for a couple years I've been using the base gallery I have for my phone to send pictures and videos. A couple updates ago there was an issue in the selection for pictures and videos in which it in my allowed me to pick from the base files app. If at all possible, I'd like it to he changed back to how it was. Along with the premium gift button not to be next to the text bar or really anywhere near there.
