Allow option to double confirm any link/file click

Suggestion: Add a toggle-able security option that when enabled, anytime the user clicks a link or file/download, regardless of the link or file, show a prompt to confirm "Yes/No".

Reasoning: This double confirmation would prevent accidental clicks and give time for users to think twice about clicking a link or file that was sent to them by a user. This would have the greatest benefit helping with current exploits that can compromise/hack User's accounts after clicking a link, which still manage get past 2FA (most likely b/c they modify the local discord client and spoof the 2FA OAuth code input or traffic request).

This definitely doesn't solve the problem, but I would feel a lot better if I had the option for every link or file download to double confirm "Yes I really want to open this", regardless of the link.

    Yes please. phishing links are eveywhere nowadays. It's sick to think you can lose your account by just mindlessly clicking on something or fat fingering it on your phone.
