Its been over a week and still didn't get a response from support

My main account got hacked and I made a ticket about it a week ago but only got a reply from the bot and a single reply from someone in the support team(Which he didn't reply again).I'm tired of waiting and my info is at stake,does discord treat their customers like this ?

  I've been supporting them since day 1 but this is how I get treated.Riot games support cared more about me than discord lmao

  Currently hackers are taking over people accounts using malicious files and then use the account they hacked to hack others in your severs or friends list. Discord has not been able to fix issue as far as my situation goes.

  I would be surprised if discord did anything other than ignoring people that needed help.
