[Feature request] Community Messages (Multi-user edit possibility)

As a user who has (helped) set up multiple community servers, this is an absolute must have:

The ability to post messages as a "Community message" where the author is the server itself, which also allows other server administrators/managers to edit this message.

Nothing more to be said honestly. Very simple suggestion yet very effective for good looking community servers.

  Certainly would be nice to have something like this, maybe even with the option to make the message embedded. I know we have bots to do that but it really is just extra steps that we shouldn't have to take for something so simple.

  Another user suggested something similar (co-written user messages with the right role permissions IIRC.)
