Group Chats should have vc instead of call feature

Group chats should have a voice chat like the ones found in servers instead of a call feature. Calling the group chat calls everyone, and must be done even if only some want to talk. It should be replaced with a voice chat as it would allow people in the group to fluidly leave and join the voice when preferred. It also wouldn't ping everyone when it is started. Also it could let the group chat leader set permissions for certain actions that occur inside the voice chat, like screen sharing.
