  Have you tried emailing the support team? They would probably get a better hold of you through that system, instead of posting here.

  I talked to a moderator of the moderators program and he told me it might have been the premium youtube code I gave some people to try to use. I didn't know it was forbidden to share this. I opened an appeal ticket.
