Mute button for people

Similar functions to a block button but different purposes. The mute button can be used to 'mute' a certain person's messages. The block button is too... harsh, I suppose. This is mainly for people who abuse @ everyone or certain/multiple roles.

I keep seeing the same people use it 24/7 that I almost want to block them. For someone who uses discord as an advertisement tool, they could potentially DM me because they're interested in what I'm selling.
