So Discord are either allowing self-botting to mass DM people or just aren't looking at reports for it

I got a random DM from a self-bot promoting a server yesterday, joined it on an alt account and saw it was for selling tools to mass DM people on Discord. Obviously against the ToS, right? To quote the messages I reported:

Only bot of it's kind, made headlines in 2020. Botted many big streamers got recognision everywhere.

Well, apparently Discord decided this is totally fine and not against the rules since I got a response about 13 hours later saying they're "initiating an investigation", and yet the server is still up, my account is still in there. I'm pretty sure they just didn't look at the report at all.

There's no wonder Discord has such a huge self-bot problem when servers like this are allowed to continue to operate because they don't actually look at reports.
