Automatically block DM and Friend requests on community servers

Several large community servers I am in have an issue where DM scam bots join and message everyone who doesn't have DM privacy enabled or send friend requests to those that don't have friend requests turned off.

A default setting for community servers should be to block DM's from server members as well as blocking friend requests. This would both enhance the security of community servers and significantly cut back on the reach of DM scam bots.

Then, if a user so choses, they should be allowed to enabled DMs and Friend requests from a server in the same way they would disable them now. Additionally, there should be a "allow friend requests/DM's for X Minutes" button for users to enable if they need that functionality. These features ideally would be enabled for both private servers and community servers but I see much more benefit from community servers having this blocked by default than private servers.
