The support system is disgusting
Hello, a week ago my account got disabled for cyberbullying and harassment. I have done no such thing as I'm against that. I was on a GTA RP server that got mass reported and everyone on the server ban. Whether you did something or not. I have no idea what happened on the server that caused it to get deleted but I wasn't part of it. I have been a long time user of discord. I participated in the BLM movement, anti-harrasement campaign's, also participated in close to every event on discord, I even answer surveys that you guys send me, I'm also a certified bot developer that works on discord. I make private bots for server as big as 60k members. I tried contacting you guys trough my personal email not once but twice. I tweeted at you guy, sent you facebook messages and also Instagram ones but no response or a bot responds. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable that when you guys put out something we as users that like the platform try our best to push it and stand behind it. But as soon as we need help you guys disappear. My account is running out time before it gets deleted and with it all my hard work through out the years just because you guys didn't take the time of the day to evaluate reports and let a bot take action At this point of time all I'm asking for is someone to take some of his time to help me. Not someone to shift the blame and tell me "you should contact them through your mail and they will respond" because i did that and no one helped. I tried my best not to lose hope and convinced myself that it's just a mistake that will get fixed but the way things are turning out i think that is not the case.
