My friend apparently got hacked

(Sorry in advance for any English mistake)

So, one of my friends started sending the 3 month free nitro messages exactly on the 28th September 2021 at 21:42 (UK time).

At first I legitimately thought that maybe he really had the codes to give out since I got mine from another friend and then started paying but I obviously ignored it since I had mine paid. The next day, another message comes up, and the day after 2 more.

I still thought it was him, so I casually responded but never received a reply, so I texted him on WhatsApp, and there is when he responded saying that he didn't even logged in into the account in a long time. That's where we both knew that his account was hacked.

Since he's not using it, he just told me to block the account but I didn't want to, until today he comes to me and says that he still has at least access to it (I assume that maybe other people, including our uni lecturers, wrote to him about it and he got the problem seriously). I helped him changing the password (this time with my NordVPN account to protect him temporarily during the change) and everything sounded fine until just 20 minutes ago when I received again the same nitro spam message.

Can someone help?

Hello,
For your post, I would advise you to tap on the spam report option to have Discord delete the account.
Where then you can create a Discord ticket by not being logged into your account and putting the email address of the hacked account and making a deletion request (you can't do it yourself because it's not is not your account).

This is the only way to stop it, because even if the account is blocked, it can still be unblocked and continue to send nitro spam messages to everyone.
