My account has got hacked! Help

Hello, I need help recovering my account from a hacker. So I wasn't aware of the whole "try out my game I made" so I fell for it and I feel very mad at myself, can you help me recover my account?

    sperre meines accounts wegen spam betrug

    dies war ich nicht da ich auch sehr selten auf discord online bin

    vielleicht wurde ich gehackt was sich aber meiner erkenntnis entzieht

    vielleicht können sie mich wieder freigeben mit neuem passwort

    once your email or password was changed they should be a link sent to you to summit ticket. once you tell then  your situation you should get a we are escalating  response - then you wait for a month or so to get account back
