Phone number confirmation problem

Hello there,
I get a warning that the phone number I tried to register in my account is being used by another account. My phone number is +90 5512062800
This phone belongs to me. When I want to add phone number in user settings, I can't get verification code. Can you please help to fix it?

  Та же проблема, только мой номер ещё и заблочили как мошенника
