Favorites

Hello, I wanted to suggest an idea, I thought about the idea of having "favorite friends" Like a tab above the other conversations where you can put those you want to always have an eye on. Also, maybe add a feature, maybe something we could trigger, to allow Discord notifications to bypass the fact of being "muted" by the "do not disturb" feature.
