I CANNOT WATCH MY FRIENDS' SCREEN SHAIRING.

When my friends started screen sharing and they want me to watch it, but as soon as i click to watch the stream it's immidiately close. I'm pretty sure that it's NOT a prank from my friends, we try many times but it's still the same. 

Edited : it's only happened when my friends screen sharing from their mobile.
