Account Hacked - Poor Support

I had my main Discord account hacked, since someone was impersonating a friend of mine and got me to download and play a game. That took my token and my email was changed without a confirmation message, just a notification method. My account was hacked last Friday, and 2 days ago I was told it would be "escalated" and since then I have heard nothing from the Discord staff. I opened another ticket asking what was going on and that has since had no reply. Can I at least know if the account was locked so I am not constantly having a panic attack wondering how much my reputation is being destroyed? I had two servers on that account, as well as 10 months of Nitro, as well as many servers I was in and many friends that at least one that I know of has lost their account too because my account was used for impersonation and phishing as well. Please help!

    I have had the exact same situation happen to me. I got told my ticket would be "escalated" and it has been about 2 weeks. I have been emailing Discord about every other day keeping tabs on the account and have yet to receive a response. On my second ticket, I actually got in contact with an employee who flagged the initial ticket for the urgency but still nothing. It's really disappointing how there has not been any communication on the status of the ticket or if a new account must be made from scratch. I too had a lot of important servers and contacts that I can ONLY reach through Discord and support has not been responding to my ticket.

    yeah the bloody support is slower than a snail! they did reply to me and ended the ticket without doing anything, i messaged them back again and they just passed my ticket to another discord dev.

    My account was hacked the 1:st of october and i've yet still to get it back...
    its honestly quite embarrasing when you think about it, discord is literally the biggest communication app at the moment and yet their support is this poor....
