Please add a notification volume slider

It makes 0 sense that this isn't already a thing since there are many posts about this.
I don't see any reason for all of my friends to be on 200%, my pc volume to be on maximum and headphone to be on the loudest possible and not be able to hear my friends because I can't increase my discord output device beyond 25% otherwise my ears would explode...

Since it's a very simple feature to be added I do hope that discord will do something.
