Discord Client for Oculus Quest 1/2, SteamVR and etc

There should be a Discord Client for Oculus Quest, where it stays in the background so you can stream games to your friends and talk whilst playing, there can be optional chat overlays to overlay another game. 

You would also be able to link your Oculus Account to Discord, and have a rich presence when you are in an Oculus Game

It can be a 3D experience, kinda similar to Netflix's application.

It would be nice for Discord to explore with different clients, and would improve users Discord experience along with Oculus

We've already found out that the Oculus Quest's background apps are stuff like the Browser, and etc. And they could be playing music via the Spotify method. And there is no performance issues.

So technically we can get Discord running in the background w/o performance issues if they make a customized application for it. Streaming video might have performance issues, but this can be easily solved by streaming it at a low res, and have Discord's server AI Upscale the stream to it's selected resolution.

Also with Oculus Connect coming up at the end of this month, I think it's a great oppurtunity for both Oculus, and Discord. And for it's users.
