Accidentally gave credit card info to Nitro scam site

So I received a DM from a friend saying he had a spare nitro for me, and I clicked the link (dlscordglft.com) which took me to a site that was IDENTICAL to the official discord nitro redeem site, and since it was late at night and I didn't bother looking more carefully at the link or anything. I logged on to my discord on there as they asked, and proceeded to give them the information they wanted, including my credit card - like you have to for the real discord nitro 3 free months trial.
 
It wasn't until I had pressed the button to register or whatever and there appeared some unexpected server error that I started to realize that this was in fact one of the infamous scam websites.
 
I quickly changed my discord password and enabled two-factor authentication and moved the majority of the money I had on my card to another account.
 
They obviously didn't manage to hijack my discord acc, and no withdrawal from my card has been made. Question is am I safe? From what I've heard they're usually only after your discord account, but is there a risk of them keeping my credit card info and using it in the future? Would be an incredible pain in the ass explaining to my parents and going to the bank to get a new card. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I've fallen for this exact same scam as well, but unfortunately for me, they were able to buy nitro gift using my account after a couple of months. I was stupid at the time and didn't know these scams existed back then, and forgot about it, until recently when I checked my email and got a receipt for buying a nitro gift that I never bought. I've now basically done what you said you did, but am still wondering whether I should worry about getting a new credit card or not. So far though, after around 2-3 months of the incident, they've only bought gift nitro this once, but now, hopefully they shouldn't be able to do anything with it. 

    I know this isn't some advice but just thought I should share what happened and also asking for advice.
