Receiving abusive messages from Discord support
I have been communicating with Discord support because of an issue I had with my account. The matter was being solved by one of the team members and a very friendly and helpful way. Messages would come every second day and I believe that was due to time zone difference.
However, on weekend I received this message (this time the sender didn't have the decency to identify themselves):
"Hi Kanguitas,
This is a just a super quick notice that we will be closing your open support ticket (16894161) and I will be eating it shortly.
Hopefully we solved your issue with such grace and finesse that you didn't need to respond. If that's the case, great! Meal for me.
Otherwise, please respond and we will sick our support team on the problem like a dog on some marbled wagyu. And then I'll find something else to eat, I guess.

I lodged another ticket to complain. Never got a direct response from it. The team member that was helping me apologised and said he had passed it to the appropriate team. Today I received another message like that.
My suggestion:
Better customer service training.
Don't allow your employees to send unidentified messages.

I just received a reply from Discord. Apparently, that is an automated message.
So, they have very friendly people helping solving problems, but then they decide to use a bot to abuse users if they dare to take more than 2 days to reply (I usually got a reply from them every 2 days as well). I just reply to them letting them know that if they thought the message was funny, it isn't.0
