Disallow unlinking of phone number from account for 24 hours since last server join

Requiring phone verification to join a server is useless when a person can just add it to the account, join a restricted server, then immediately remove it before doing something that will get them banned. PLEASE implement sane security by preventing it from being removed for 24 hours since their last server join.
