Individual keybindings for users in different voice channels

I want to request a feature added into Discord that would allow people to create personalized keybindings for individual people or a group of people currently using a voice channel. I  imagine one person being able to speak in many voice channels at once, as well as two people in a voice channel to be able to use a keybinding to only speak with one person even while many are in the same channel. I believe personalized keybindings are a must, and it is one of the only reasons I would use another service instead of Discord, such as Teamspeak.

  Love this feature on TS3. Allows for great organization with ease. Discord should definitely look into it.
