Discord NEEDS better Customer Support
I have gone 2 weeks now without a response on my support ticket. My account was hacked, so I requested to get my account back and to get a refund for the purchase the hacker made. Obviously discord did nothing to give me either of those things, I only ended up getting a refund because I charged back through my bank. As for the account, I still am unable to access it because my support ticket has been completely ignored. Any newer support tickets I have made, all of which contained as much information as you could possible ask for, have not received a single response either.
It baffles me that such a large company cannot afford to spend more money on customer support, considering they should be well aware of how many people have their account stolen on a daily basis. Maybe, I don't know, hire more customer service employees?
My old account remains disabled, but it has yearly nitro (which renews around july if i recall) and I have no idea if I will be charged when that time comes. I just want the account back, is that really so much to ask? My support ticket contains every bit of information I was asked to provide.
Can I get some help through here? I doubt my support tickets will receive a response at any point. It has been 2 weeks.

I definitely agree with you, it's really frustrating, but at the moment there is a mass hack going on. Someone I saw said they got their account back after nearly a month.
It's annoying but I'd advise against spamming them with more support tickets, that's not going to make anything go faster, if anything it will probably result in a slower response for other people.
I've seen people on Twitter tweet Discord saying they've been waiting two weeks etc with no response, Discord responds asking them to send the ticket number to the twitter dm's. I'm not sure if I'd recommend doing this, but if you're desperate it might be worth.
My account has also been hacked I feel I should mention, it's really frustrating but all we can really do is wait now.
In my case I got an email immediately saying the ticket number and that someone would look at it right away. 2 Days later I got an email saying the situation had been escalated. Did you get anything like this? My two friends who also got hacked got the same email at around the same time.

I have not gotten any email even remotely similar to what you mentioned. They just asked for information that I already provided over and over and have ignored me since
Messaging then on Twitter also has not worked in my favor unfortunately :/
