My account has been hacked faster than discord is replying to my emails

So my account has been hacked on 25 September and I'm currently writing this on 18 October, almost 1 month since my account got hacked. After almost 2 weeks of emails back and forth discord's last message was that "my ticket will be escalated to another team member to look into this further" which was on 30 September.

Ever since then I replied to that same email to ask about any updates on my account... nothing, so I opened 2 new tickets to ask about any updates on my account and still no replies.

I really don't care how long the process takes but at this point I'm starting to think that they are just ignoring emails.

That being said, hacking discord accounts with nitro seems like a good business potential since no one will do anything about this

    yeah they don't seem to take any of the hacks seriously.... even when my husband got hacked and somehow the hacker was able to turn off 2fa before logging in without a 2fa.... serious issues on security on discords side... and then they just don't reply or take any action... waiting for the first person to take discord into court and basically ask for millions in damage

    I'm gonna keep this post updated if any other news come up for other people in the same situation but in the meantime, as of right now, it's been well over a month and I still didn't receive my account back :) . I wanna point out 2 things as I'm writing this.

    1. The person who hacked my account is still doing whatever he wants on it even to this day which means that discord didn't even take any measures such as blocking the account from being used or anything like that which means that if he decided to delete my account he could easily do that and I don't think even discord can do anything in that situation.

    2. I needed to write them an email from another account in order to get a reply from them since all my emails from my main account are literally being ignored. When asked why didn't I get any replies I was told that "there is a large volume of backlogs taken care of" which I can understand to a point but 38 days of waiting without any updates or any kind of response is far beyond my expectations.

    In conclusion when it comes to spending resources into making new videos to make people buy nitro they are at the top of the list but anything other than that it's just a joke
