"Page" Channel (Or Revamped "Rules" Channel)

This might be an odd request, but I've always found it annoying to format channels meant for just display when it came to editing since that lead to the "(edited)" note on the message. Another issue is sending multiple messages eventually leads to a separation in the messages with your profile picture and name (which makes sense for normal text channels).

I was wondering if there could be an option for "page" channels that would be a Text Channel consisting of:

• No timestamps
• No (edited) signature
• No indication of who it was published by (or maybe say it was published by the channel itself)
• Start from the top of the channel
• Other things typical of a normal text channel

This could be useful for the Rules or welcoming channels that may often go under renovation pretty often, or other channels that aren't meant for messaging, e.g. role reaction channels. Maybe even just having the Rules channel format like this could be beneficial.
