Discord Account Hacked (Token Grab) & Disabled
Hello, I'll try to make this brief, since I have already sent emails to Discord support, etc.
I was token-grabbed recently and my account started to spam links in all my contacts' DMs. This was flagged for I believe: "Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time." This was not me sending these messages and not me who was violating the ToS. So far I've only heard back from bots, but I'm hoping I'll at least get some replies from others who were/are in the same situation here. I've spent so much on this account, and would really prefer to not lose it within the 15 days before deletion that I've been hearing about. Is there any other platform that I can use to contact actual humans from the Discord support team? Thanks.

SAME! Discord security is so weak that my even 2FA was on my account just disappear in a sec. Without any notification in mail for mail change confirmation or what so ever. This is just bull, and its been 24 hours the support ticket still not getting responded. Serving over millions users worldwide but not having a 24/7 support and better security to protect users' account and data?

Same thing happened to me. ATLEAST I learned, but it’s super embarrassing. Legit almost had an anxiety attack. Nothing else was changed, but my account sends out scam links. I just changed the password, hope it stops now because I think it’s a real person doing it or a bot that automatically logs in and sends messages.

WUTjuju You're insanely lucky that you managed to change your password before your account was disabled by Discord. I have several friends who were able to do the same. Nothing else will happen (unless you fall for another scam) so you're basically safe from here on out. Yes, it's a bot that has access to your account through your Discord token, which changes with a password switch. Also, make sure to re-enable 2FA!! Unfortunately, I was asleep at the time, and my account was automatically reported as spamming in DMs. According to other posters on these forums, I won't be getting it back. Be careful in the future!- I'm glad you were able to regain control of your acc though!
To everyone else, thank you for replying. I'm still waiting on a response from Discord across multiple platforms, but my mind has calmed down much more since I first found out. I've already settled on the fact that I likely will not be recovering my account for 3+ years, but, best of luck to everyone else!!

Hello, dont send spammy requests to discord support. Its againist tos, and they can take action againist your account.
