Pinnable Direct Messages

So I feel like it would be really cool if you were able to pin dms to the top of the Direct Messages section of discord. So that you would no longer have the need to search through 100 dms to find that one person that you need to talk to. But this is just the simple thing that everyone wants. What if there was also the option to add different folders of dms, just like server folders, for even more organization.

Another thing that would be cool is for the super important people you want to talk to, why not have the ability to pin your dms to the server list as well? So that you can have quick access to the most important people or if you just want your dms in your server list.
