Customizable options when blocking a user

People have different ways they want to interact with others. Some may not want to always see a certain user's messages but still want to interact with them when needed, while others may wish to never see a person's messages or interact with them.

The current block option is a weird hybrid of both options that doesn't only a user to customize how they communicate with someone, often leading to misunderstandings. Block options that can be changed according to a user's preference would fix those, in my opinion.

I suggest the following options be added when the pop-up to block a user appears:

1) Length: Just like muting a DM convo or a channel in server: for 15 minutes, an hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, or "until I turn it back on". Can be used if someone in a server is just a little too chatty at the moment for your taste.

2) Display the blocked user's messages in three ways: hidden completely, the current hidden option, or not hidden. First one since the second option can flood a chat with "x blocked message(s)" notifications, second and third options since it's useful for moderation. This can be changed for DMs and servers separately.

3) Toggle if the blocked user...

      a) can react to your messages or DM you: A big one for me since this can be an issue if you're a moderator and need to talk to people privately but still want to have them blocked in servers. Reactions too since role assignment often depends on them and having a user unable to react to your messages can cause unneeded issues.

      b) can see your messages: This seems to be what most people here think the block function does. I believe having this would severely reduce targeted harassment since the offender cannot see your messages.

      c) is still your friend: Because refriending someone you've blocked raises more questions. In addition with the other options such as the length one where you may temporarily want to block a friend's messages, this would be perfect.

I hope there aren't any other important options that were missed, otherwise please feel free to list them. Also a generalized option in your account settings would be beneficial so this doesn't have to be done individually adjusted for each user. Blocking a user should help the user in their Discord experience, not hinder it, so I think the above options would achieve that. Thank you.
