Make :party_popper: a valid alias for :tada:

The official Unicode given name for the :tada: emoji is "Party Popper", as seen here:

Unfortunately, it seems that the alias for :tada: (which is Discord's default name for the party popper) either does not or no longer includes its official name as an alias, and thus can't be searched for in the emoji panel.  I'm requesting that the official name be added in so it is searchable, which is especially important for reactions, which require using Discord's emoji panel to create.

    I'm here because I had to search wtf Discord renamed a default emoji to... +1

    It'd be nice if they'd add emojis themselves as aliases too so I can type an emoji using the system emoji keyboard 🎉 and use it as a reaction instead of needing to figure out what nonsense a corporation named a default unicode to just to be cheeky.
