Further Twitch Subscriber Integration

Now that Discord allows you assign emotes to roles and have them show up beside your name in chat, Discord and Twitch should work together to allow servers to automatically assign subscriber roles based on duration. So 6 month Twitch subscribers for example, could have their 6 month sub badge show beside their name in discord, etc for all the tiers.
